I am now running Entourage 12.1.9 but it was not an easy update.

The MAU went off when I launched Entourage 12.1.8 and did its
thing but the downloaded file did not save. I then went to the
MS web page there was nothing posted. I then checked
http://www.macupdate.com/ and the updater was posted. I downloaded
the Office2008-1219UpdateEN.dmg. The first time I ran it, it
did not install and just quit. The 2nd pass worked.

I guess it is good? I have no idea what was changed other than
some undocumented security patches

Anyway 12.1.9 lives!
