Hi I had a major crash and had my IT department rebuild my exchange mailbox to replace lost emails. Since then, I see folders being formed under my main sent/deleted/junk folders with the folder name = to the subject line.
For example. I saved this message in my draft folder, and waited. First there is the indication of the number of draft messages (in this case 1), and when I click on the Drafts folder I see the draft message in the window pane list. But I wait a bit then I see the triangle beside the draft folder and when I click on that to expand the folder, I see a folder with same name as the subject line of the email. However, when I click on just the main draft folder, I just see the draft email in the viewpane. What is with the formation of folders?
