Not sure, but it must be some third party application. Check for some
third-party applications that schedule events. MenuCalendarClock can launch
Entourage every time it checks for events (whether or not you have set are
any events for Entourage). Other possible culprits: EntourageABMenu,
Quicksilver, LaunchBar, iKey, Keyboard Maestro.

The Microsoft Database daemon should be in login items if you use Office
Reminders. The Microsoft AU daemon that launches the Auto Updater is in
logins too. Neither will launch Entourage.

If you don't find it, you can seen me a screen shot off list of your login
items window. I'll see if I can spot the culprit.
