Check the calendars that are setup within ICAL and make sure that your events are the same color as the Entourage calendar, then check the settings on your IPHONE and make sure it is setup to sync with the Entourage calendar within ICAL. IPHONES are typically setup by default to sync with the HOME calendar which will not talk to Entourage.
