Looking at the sync services options in Entourage brings up a few questions for me. I have been a long time Entourage user and have had some issues of heavy corruption in the last few months (still on going). We are not sure if it is a logic board issue or maybe some sych issues that causes the severe damage to my Entourage data base
Here is my question: How do Merge Entourage and Mail vs. having Entourage delete Mail and Calender? Why I ask: I use sync services to synchronize mail and iCal and then Mobile Me to synch my iPhone. I have Entourage override Mail/ iCal but naturally it does not bring over "groups" so I am unable to email a group from my iPhone. Should I use Merge and it wil keep groups in Mail if I create them? Are there known issues by merging Entourage and Mail/iCal. I have heard that it is still now working as well as it should. With my corruption issues I just want things to work. it is terrible to open your iphone and see "0" contacts due to corruption when it had recently said 896 contacts. I have just moved my Identity over to my computer (with new HD) wish me luck on no more corruption (typically takes 3 days to bonk out).
