Now I can't reproduce the problem. It could be related to the latest update,
which I tried between the time I sent the message and now.
When I was having the problem though, rotating the image and saving it in
Preview had no effect on how Entourage was displaying the image (always upside
down).

Can you use "Forward as Attachment" and send me an email that includes the
upside down picture and the attachment separate?
BTW, have you tried flipping the image in preview to see what happens?
