Hi Helena!

Do your settings in Entourage match those recommended by dodo.com.au as
shown here <http://www.dodo.com.au/members/support/emailSettings.aspx>? For
both your incoming mail server and outgoing mail server, you should have all
the "advanced options" unchecked.

You'll find your settings in Tools --> Accounts --> <your dodo.com.au
account>. You'll find the "advanced options" by clicking the buttons beneath
the server information in your settings.

Are you able to set up a completely different account such as a free Hotmail
account

age.html>? This will give us an idea of whether or not the problem is with
dodo.com.au or your computer.
