Mac OS X creates the following .plist files in your home folder here:
~/Library/Preferences (where " ~ " is your home folder)
com.microsoft.entourage.database_utility.debuglogging.plist
com.microsoft.entourage.database_utility.plist
Are these what you're looking for to solve your problem? I doubt it.
Sometimes, the Database Utility just needs a long time to finish. I've heard
of folks letting it work overnight or even longer. The amount of time
depends on the size of your Database, the level of corruption and possibly
even hard drive space available.
Post details of your situation and your computer system and maybe other
folks can relate their Database Utility experiences so you have an idea of
what to expect.
