I am running Entourage 12.2.0 (090605) in Mac OS 10.6.1. I belong to several mail Groups on my own Mac. I often send a BCC of an outgoing message back to me. When the bcc message returns to me as incoming mail, Entourage is automatically assigning to that message one Category of one of my Groups to which I belong. Entourage does not pick any of my other defined Groups. I checked in my Tools -> Rules..., and I do not have a rule for doing that.
I also have a Tools -> Mailing List Manager action to send any incoming or outgoing messages for this Entourage list to move incoming messages to this list to a specific folder, and and to move messages from me to this list to the same folder. But, the "Set Category..." is NOT on. Why is it marking my bcc incoming mails to this list as belonging to another Group? And how do I turn it off?
