This is the most stupid error I have ever seen...

After figuring out the below detail, I checked the timezone of the computer and 
Entourage. Both are set to GMT+4 but computer is set to "GMT+4 Dubai" and 
Entourage is set to “GMT+4 Abu Dhabi, Muscat”.

Dubai is not defined in the timezone list of Entourage. It looks like due to 
this mismatch Entourage is sending “null”  as TimeZoneContext and connection is 
failing.

I changed the computer timezone to GMT+4 Muscat and it worked.

I cannot believe I almost lost all my mails and wasted a lot of time trying to 
configure this.

In Entourage 13.0.0, go to Entourage menu --> Preferences... --> General
Preferences --> General and enable "Enable logging (troubleshooting". This
is a new feature only in the EWS version of Entourage.
