Not really.
You can copy over your Rules file to preserve them. It is found in
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities/Main Identity
where " ~ " is your home folder. Your "Main Identity" folder may be named
differently. As for accounts, you're probably going to have to take
screenshots of your settings and replicate them in the new identity. To
create a new identity go to Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... and click
the New button there.
