OK, I understand after doing a little research. This is a secondary account setup by your master account. I've not heard of the error message you reported and this leads me to believe it may be coming from your service provider and not Entourage itself. Usually, when an account works one day but doesn't work another then Entourage is not to blame since nothing has changed with it. Test your account settings in a new identity (Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... --> New) and see if the problem continues. Test in Apple's Mail application. If the problem persists then you'll need to contact your service provider for assistance with your account on the server.
