For all POP accounts, there will be a single set of default folders only
(InBox, Drafts, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Junk Email, Forwarded Mail). To
separate the mail from different POP accounts on receipt/send, create new
folders, as needed (i.e. I manage 12 POP accounts via 25+ folders and
sub-folders), and then create rules for each POP account that directs
incoming and/or outgoing mail to specified folders.
