For all POP accounts, there will be a single set of default folders only (InBox, Drafts, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Junk Email, Forwarded Mail). To separate the mail from different POP accounts on receipt/send, create new folders, as needed (i.e. I manage 12 POP accounts via 25+ folders and sub-folders), and then create rules for each POP account that directs incoming and/or outgoing mail to specified folders.
