You need to launch Entourage pressing the Option key down. This will launch the 
database utility and allow you to rebuild the database. If it successes but you 
still get this message, it could be a corrupted preference (Entourage or the 
database utility). You should then consider trashing these preference files and 
restarting (to make sure no background process accessing the database is 
running).
