Address Book -> File -> New -> Group Name the Group Click the + sign, to select an existing name in the Address Book Or Drag a name from the Address Book list into the new Group Save
Or >From the main Inbox window File -> New -> Group Then same as above. After you set up your Group name and save it, then you can just type that Group's name in a new message's "To" field.
