If you move the Microsoft User Data folder (also known as the MUD folder) in your Documents folder, Entourage or any Office application will create a new Microsoft User Data folder with a blank Identity. Inside this folder is your Identity (named Main by default). All of your mail, contacts, etc are stored here. Corentin's suggestion that your folder structure is off sounds likely. You can post a screenshot using one of the online services like ImageShack, Flickr or Photobucket. If you are uncomfortable with putting it online, you can send a screenshot to me off list and I'll take a look. Open a Finder window in Column View.
