Entourage can not find command-F text in a *complex* incoming HTML message. Often, the command-F does not even invoke the Find dialogue box.
If I hit Message -> Edit message, then I can use command-F in the message. Of course, however, I will lose all the important formatting in the message, often making it unreadable. If I open the same message in webmail, I can search for and find the same text without any trouble. So....
