Hi gang. I could use some ideas. I rebuilt the database on my 2008 v12.2.3 two days ago, after trashing a lot of old mail. The rebuild was about 70% the size of the original.
HOWEVER, I'm guessing that in the process, something got garbled in the Outlook Server support. All mail prior to that date appears as it should as mail I can open (for both my and my wife's Outlook accounts). Since the rebuild, however, all NEW email appears as an empty folder, with the email subject as it's name with a ".eml" suffix appended. New 'email' comes in, but appearing as an unreadable folder with no contents. I am receiving the mail correctly on Apple's Mail program, so I know it's an Entourage problem. I have Entourage on a laptop and the Outlook Server mail is coming in fine there, as well. It's just the desktop's Entourage, where the database was rebuilt, that has the problem. Other than deleting and recreating the accounts, or rebuilding again, other fixes anyone can suggest? The account info looks correct. Most odd. -- -- David [email protected] -- YouTalk mailing list List address: [email protected] List information: http://entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
