I need to know how to set up a proper rule. I currently have the Junk Mail tool on. I also have another rule to move a message with the word "Donation" to the "Donations" folder.
On a recent incoming message, the Donation Rule worked first, even though the message was marked Junk. So, a junk mail was dumped into the "Donations" folder. It should have been moved to the Junk E-Mail folder. How would I set up a rule that goes like this: <<<< If the message contains "Donation" in the subject, move it to the "Donations" folder. UNLESS the message was already marked as Junk by the Junk E-mail tool. <<<< Another way to say it would be: <<<< If the message is marked as Junk, move it to the Junk E-mail folder. Do not do any other rules. If the message contains "Donation" in the subject, but is not marked as Junk, move it to the "Donations" folder. <<<< ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roger S.
