You might want to be careful about sharing all your contact info with gMail. Once you do, Google tends to eat all your data and do with it what they like. I have seen some scary linkages in linkedin.com. Linkedin.com does *not* have my address book. Then *how* do they know to make a suggestion of a link to so many names that are in my address book? Some of those folks swear that they have also not share their address books with linkedin.com. The new Google Buzz service is said to use your address book data in the same way.
