We don't usually hear this for the calendar. For example in the Address Book: Once it opens, click on the name column to re-sort your contacts. That should cause Entourage to re-sort the list and speed things up. To remove old events, click on All Events under Calendar Views. Click on the Date column and sort with oldest on top. Select the events you want to delete and click delete. You could create a custom view by clicking on the header Calendar Views and make a view by date. Select all in the view and delete. Another option to consider is corruption in your events. If you use File > Export you can select to export just your calendar events. In the export process select to delete after exporting. (have a backup copy of your database before doing this) Next, import the .rge file back into Entourage. Sometimes this export/import process clears corruption. Note that this does not get categories. You can export by category for events, but this is a bit more time consuming. Let me know if this helps. -- Diane -- YouTalk mailing list List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
