Diane's advice is almost always "spot on," but in this instance I'd suggest a different path. You know that Entourage 2008 cannot replicate your Outlook environment, and you know that the version of Office 2008 Mac you've purchased (home and student) won't include Outlook Mac 2011. Microsoft has a refund policy whereby if the retailer you purchased from won't refund your purchase price of a Microsoft software package, Microsoft will itself! However, I think you must apply for your refund within a deadline period. Why not return what you've purchased for refund, explore Mac Mail and iCal (they don't work for me and I've been a Mac guy since 1984, but they do have deep integration into the Mac environment), then examine Office 2011 (business version that includes Outlook) when it's released.
