Regardless, when Entourage, Outlook or Apple Mail connect to an imap account it will pick up the messages in the folder where they are if you subscribed to those folders. Not sure about the file reply in same message, however you can always use the link at the top to see your reply to a message so the message doesn't have to be in that folder.
