I think that Diane nailed it many posts ago; Microsoft is pushing me inevitably towards Apple Mail. It's regrettable, since Mail looks very dumbed-down to me. But where's the logic in paying for the Business version to get Outlook, which seems to be missing lots of features that Entourage has; and I'll be losing the multiple installs (that the Home version has) in the process?
