In Entourage, when I wanted to save an e-mail for future reference, I would do File/Save As/Text file and save the message in the folder I wanted. Afterwards, I could open in a text edistor and use the contents. This seems to be missing in Outlook 2011. The Save As is greyed out. I managed to drag and drop a copy into the desired folder but that saved the message as an eml (email) file. Am I missing something?
