I do tech support at work and while I¹m not a server administrator, I¹ve heard stories how we¹ve had emergency cleanups because users are running out of disk space only to discover more than half the 1000GB of space is consumed by PST files belonging to a handful of people. Our company has an E-mail server routine that automatically deletes messages over 90 days. If we want to keep something then we are responsible for archiving it locally. For six years I¹ve let that policy run and never archived a message. Have had no regrets. Sure, I have had a handful of messages I¹d like to refer back to but I haven¹t lost sleep over them. I know that I can always find the information somewhere else. -- William Smith -- YouTalk mailing list List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
