Deleting the other applications will save you very little space. You will have to leave the other files or Entourage will not work and it has to stay in the Microsoft Office 2004 folder. Use one of the applications to help find where large files are stored like omnidisksweeper. I list other applications at the bottom of this link to help find large files. <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq_topic/performance2.html> An easy start is to check the Spotlight cache files for Entourage. You might have old Identity caches there that you can delete. "YOUR USER FOLDER/Library/Caches/Metadata/Microsoft/Entourage" Do you have an iPhone or iPad? They store installers. ITunes and iPhoto are two that can have their libraries moved to an external. Do you keep your downloads folder tidy by deleting an installer after download? Since you have installed Office 2011, you can delete the old Office 2004 fonts in your User's Library/Fonts folder. Delete font caches and 04 will use the new fonts in the main Library/Fonts.
