What if the forum had a feature where you could "subscribe" to a topic such as "Outlook for Mac"? As posts are added they are mailed to you automatically. The change in procedure would be that you'd have to click a link and log in to post a reply. With most browsers today you don't even need to bother logging in. Of course, the procedure to begin a new topic means visiting a web site and starting it there. Right now, I'm neutral with mailing list vs. forum. Discussions about which is better are not far behind discussions about top posting and bottom posting. Nothing makes one right or wrong. They're just preference. Something Diane and I discussed was creating lists/forums for the other applications in Office for Mac. Would anyone be interested in participating in discussions about those as well? -- William Smith -- YouTalk mailing list List information: http://www.entourage.mvps.org/support_options/list.html List moderator: [email protected], [email protected] To unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
