This is neither a Microsoft-owned nor Microsoft-operated list. It is maintained by volunteers. 2. To the best of my knowledge, no one has recently complained about performance or reliability of this list to the list moms. Every message you receive from this list includes contact information to report such problems. As I've done so in the past I'll add that everyone's right to express his opinion comes with the responsibility to defend it. If you can't do that then please don't post.
