I haven't actually incorporated the script into my workflow yet, but the plan is to have it run on every compose and compare comps.xml to the previous compose as well as to the previous release. There are a few groups that may be interested in the results. Rel-eng could use them to sanity-check the distribution. QA could use them to know where to focus testing. Docs could use them to help with release notes.
