YXA 1.0 is finished! I hereby declare YXA 1.0 released. A little over two years since the first stable release, I consider the current state of YXA to be conforming to the project goals of scalability, stability and interoperability.
Another way to say it is that since the features currently available in YXA are enough for paying users [1] at Stockholm university, we have per definition reached level 1.0 =). Regarding the Erlang/OTP version - I decided that the only correct thing would be to release YXA 1.0 requiring the last version of Erlang/OTP that is known to work for everything YXA uses. That was Erlang/OTP R11B-2. The edoc stuff however requires a later version, so if you want to 'make doc' you have to hack things a bit so that you use for example R11B-5 for that part. I don't think very many people will have this need - especially since the API docs are available online. I might very well make a 1.01 release when R11B-6 is released, if the SSL issues are fixed by then.
