Greetings Community, 

When using the Feedback-Form, all created tickets are being assigned to the 
default ticket group. 
I'd like to change the group for these tickets as I created my own special 
groups for this.

I tried a bit but didn't find a way to configure this in the front-end. Can 
this be configured in some way?
