Hi to everyone,

we are testing zammad (v2.0.x), after a week we have made some very good 
experiences with this fine piece of software.
The only thing we cannot understand is: where can we find the closed 
tickets? Nothing to find on dashboard/overview or the other screens. Or is 
this maybe a configuration thing?
