Hello.

We just installed Zammad Version 2.1.x after testing it for a couple of 
days. Now we have the problem, that no notification-mails will be sent. The 
mail-server is configured and works (auto-responder and ticket-answers were 
sent), but no information about the new ticket to the Agent's 
email-adresses.

Did anyone had this problem too? How to solve it?
