  Log Message:
  -----------
  feat(ZNTA-1023): add FileTypeInfo (#56)

* feat(ZNTA-1023): add FileTypeInfo

- add FileTypeInfo/Name to transfer DocumentType info over JSON
- add FileResource.fileTypeInfoList() REST endpoint
- deprecate FileResource.acceptedFileTypeList()
- allow DocumentType with no default file extensions
- add default extension for XLIFF (.xlf)
- use Guava, not commons-lang3. This allows API classes to be used
  in GWT without danger of bringing in commons-lang3, which is not
  automatically compiled for GWT.
