Steve's gona have a cow, and rightly so. There are ways to fight back however. First of all by eBay's own rules nothing on CDR can be sold there. They don't however enforce the rules until someone complains. If these are on actual pressed CDs then another tact would need to be taken. In the end though it's like the war on drugs. As long as the demand is there the bootleggers will find a way to sell the stuff.
