Chris,
Usually, if there were someone behind Matt, you would contact that person
to get their address and send it off to them, and move Matt's name down the
line. But it looks like Matt is last in line, in which case it goes to the
orphanage, in the database section of the site. Sooner or later, someone
new to the list will come along and want it.
