Hi there - it's me - I'm back .....
very long time - no writing from me, hope some of you still remembers me.
Long story (and boring) but - at the age of 39 I'm back at school ...WTF
some sort of high school I guess.
In this school, you have to do one major assignment, I've chosen to
write it in music - and the subject is .... have you guessed it yet ;)
yes that's right ...Frank Zappa!
I am to analyze two tracks ( I haven't decided yet, but probably
something from "Hot Rats" ..... first I was thinking of something from
"Shup up and Play Your Guitar" ..... heeeavy shit ... gave up that idea.

But that's not the hard part.
Besides the music, I have to write something more, and I was thinking
of his ..... devotion? to politics and pointing out the enormous
stupidity shown by hipocrits (is that spelled right .... is it a word
I invented?) in positions of power.
Does any of you have any videos on the subject? (I'm figuring it'll be
easier to watch videos rather than reading thick books in a foreign
lanquage) I do have - and read them several years ago - "The real
Frank Zappa book" and "Mother - the Frank Zappa story" by Michael
Gray. But dude ... I haven't got the time to read them again, I am to
start writing this paper in 14 days ... and I have to have it finished
in a week.
I do have a load of videos myself, but if any of you could point me to
something "watch that one ... it's brilliant" .... and if I havent got
it ... I probably have something to trade.
I have to tell my teacher what the subjects will be - exactly - in 24
hours. And I must represent the source material once I've done the
paper and am being examined in it
any help apreciated
I feel like I'm drowning in biology rapports, chemistry rapports ....
math rapports .... I want my life back ;)
best regards
