bootleg is probably not the correct term....pirate copy is.
I have no recollection of this being released on vinyl and the label 
*Vaulter Native* sounds especially fishy.

I know what you mean about there not being much of a market for vinyl boots 
especially this one perhaps but I'm sure someone else will come in with 
info.

I'm not positive but pretty certain.
