I dunno if I subscribe to that sentiment; I liked Bobby's voice - prefer him
singing "Whipping Post" over the original, and I love the Allman Bros.

Ok Bobby Martin did a great job with the more cartoonish vocals in Tinsel Town
Rebellion and Honey Don't You Want a Man Like Me? but other than that he has
that cheesy annoying 80's white blues vocals that belongs more in 1980's
American action figure commercials than in Zappa's music.  How could Zappa have
allowed him to sing songs live like Illinois Enema Bandit and Zombie Woof,
songs that Ray White or Ike Willis should have sang?!
