I think I find out a better way to solve this and the swap problem by
changing the content of /etc/udev/rules.d/opie-pcmcia.rules like this:

SUBSYSTEM=="pcmcia", ACTION=="add", PROGRAM="/usr/bin/pgrep qpe",
RESULT!="0", RUN+="/etc/udev/scripts/opie-pcmcia.sh"
SUBSYSTEM=="pcmcia", ACTION=="remove", PROGRAM="/usr/bin/pgrep qpe",
RESULT!="0", RUN+="/etc/udev/scripts/opie-pcmcia.sh"

Additionaly an ran depmode -a by hand one time.
Now these are the only differeces between my local intallation and the
original angström.
