Hi folks, just a short update. I wrote over the last two days a fix, which improves the performance of the driver. While downloading a 20 MByte file over http I can reach now between overall 1.5 MByte/s to 2.2 MByte/s. I fixed a kernel crash reported by Daniel (Apologees), but the driver works now on both of my development machines without a problem.
In other news tests on a PowerPC Mac mini have been successful. Free Software at work! A snapshot of the driver with the performance patches will be available tomorrow morning (2006-04-24).
