Hi,

I have a success message for the
Siemens Gigaset USB Stick 54

to get it running with the in-kernel (2.6.18-rc4) zd1211rw driver.

Here are your requested details:

    * The brand and retail product name of your device

Siemens Gigaset USB Stick 54

    * The USB ID's (duh)

lsusb says:
Bus 005 Device 006: ID 0b3b:5630 Tekram Technology Co., Ltd

    * The chip ID string, which can be read by:

            # dmesg | egrep "zd1211b? chip"

[ 7034.640000] zd1211rw 5-4:1.0: zd1211 chip 0b3b:5630 v4330 high 00-01-e3
RF2959_RF pa0 ---

    * The FCC ID of your product, if it is is visible.

There is no FCC ID on the outer cover, I did not manage to open it.

I had successful communication with WEP and also with WPA (wpasupplicant
0.4.8-3ubuntu1.1 on Ubuntu 6.06) after finding a hint somewhere that the
bitrate has to be set manually with "iwconfig xx rate yy".
Then I missed the adapter's LEDs blinking and then tried the snapshot driver
from today (20th August) and it worked fine, too.

Good work!

Martin
