it's me again.
Now I switched off from Ubuntu to Kanotix.
Downloaded the current firmware- and driver-version and installed both
successfully!
wlan0 appeared after modprobe-ing the built zd1211rw module and
"ifconfig wlan0 up"
everything seems fine, so far. iwconfig wlan0 <ssid> connects to my wlan
correctly:

now, as I reached the last step, dhclient, I'm not able to get an IP-adress:

Everytime I run dhclient, an error line is also added to the output of
