Bug description:
We need to start actively monitoring events and reyling on gtk recently used!
Advantages of exporting dataproviders into their affliated apps are:
1) Apps know more about their data than gtk.recently used provides us
2) We can focus on making datahub nothing else but an webapp monitor
3) getting closed events would provide us with some hot options such as
dtecting intersection of document usages (leading to what I call expiring or
dynamic tags)

However if we will go that way we should definetly know how we want to recieve
our metadata about the events as well as the subjects...
