Ok, now I know what's going on here http://paste.ubuntu.com/586129/ We just have to manage the case in the daemon that the datahub exists immediately on daemon startup, because an already running datahub was found. We can fix this in a few steps, first ist that the datahub should return an exit code !=0 if it fails to start because of this case.
