OK, it looks like Scribus isn't informing the system of its load/save actions, so it'll either need to be patched or it needs a plugin.
Thanks for reporting this. ** Summary changed: - Zeitgeist doesn't know what a Scribus .sla file is + Add support for Scribus ** Changed in: zeitgeist-datasources Importance: Undecided => Wishlist ** Changed in: zeitgeist-datasources Status: New => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Zeitgeist Framework Team, which is subscribed to Zeitgeist Data-Sources. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/798588 Title: Add support for Scribus Status in Zeitgeist Data-Sources: Confirmed Bug description: Wasn't sure what section of Zeitgeist to put this in, feel free to move it if incorrect. Scribus, the free, open-source page layout app, typically saves files in its own format (.sla). Zeitgeist doesn't appear to acknowledge the existence of .sla files, thus searching for them in, for example, Unity's Dash is a no-go.
