Clean up Python FTS suport files

Bug description:
Don't ship another copy of datamodel.py but use the one from the
Python module (python/datamodel.py vs extensions/fts-
python/datamodel.py).
Also, go through the remaining files (constants.py and sql.py) and
remove all unused stuff or otherwise clean it up.
