Wa Alaikumassalaam, Could you please send us a screenshot of the problem. It can be probably fixed by setting a proper font for your translation: Tools > Options > View > For Sindhi, add trans_sd_fontName with a proper font name installed on your system. For Urdu, there should be already trans_ur_fontName, which you can change by double clicking on its value. If not exists, add trans_ur_fontName with a proper font name.
