You have probably a version of Zekr which is not compatible with your Java architecture. If you downloaded Zekr 32 bit, you should also have a 32 bit Java. If you downloaded 64bit Zekr, your Java should also be 64 bit. Download portable Zekr + Java <http://zekr.org/download.html> from here if you don't know about your Java or Zekr arch.
